Enumerated expenses incurred by Colonel John Ely as an officer and physician with the 6th Connecticut Regiment and charged to the State of Connecticut. Expenses include wages for four years, the cost of two lost horses, expenses visiting guards from Saybrook to Stonington, and cash paid to officers in captivity on Long Island.
